ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial, called the French Translation/Adaptation of AHEMD-SR (FR-AHEMD), is focused on creating a French version of an assessment tool used for children with motor disorders. The goal is to ensure that this tool is well-suited for French-speaking families and healthcare professionals. By adapting this assessment, the study aims to improve the way motor development issues are understood and treated in Francophone children.
To participate in the study, parents must have a child aged 18 to 42 months who has been diagnosed with delayed motor development and is receiving intensive rehabilitation at one of the centers involved in the trial. Additionally, parents need to be French speakers. Experts in rehabilitation can also join the study if they have a relevant diploma, at least five years of experience in working with children, and are involved in the rehabilitation centers. Participants can expect to contribute to an important project that aims to enhance care for children with motor challenges, while also receiving support from dedicated professionals throughout the process.
