ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking to find out which treatment is more effective for people suffering from shoulder impingement syndrome, a condition that causes pain and limits movement in the shoulder. The study will compare two types of therapies: Mulligan mobilization, a hands-on technique aimed at improving movement and reducing pain, and ozone therapy, which involves injecting a gas called ozone into the shoulder to help relieve symptoms.
If you or someone you know is between the ages of 8 and 65 and has been diagnosed with shoulder impingement syndrome, you might be eligible to participate. However, individuals with certain conditions, like a history of shoulder surgery or recent heart issues, cannot take part. Participants in the trial can expect to undergo either Mulligan mobilization or ozone therapy and will have their pain levels, range of motion, and shoulder function assessed both before and after the treatment to see how well each method works. The study is currently recruiting participants, and everyone is welcome regardless of gender.
