ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how a food education program can help international students at the University of Pavia improve their eating habits, physical activity, and overall health. The researchers want to find out if this program can make a difference in how well students follow a healthy Mediterranean diet, their nutritional status, and if it can reduce any risks of eating disorders that may arise from changing their diet after moving to Italy. To do this, they will compare measurements taken at the start of the study to those taken after six months of the program.
To participate, you need to be at least 18 years old, be from a country other than Italy, and be able to understand English or Italian. If you join, you will have your body composition checked, get personalized support from health experts, and attend three in-person visits along with several online meetings over six months. You'll also fill out questionnaires and keep a food diary to track your eating habits. This trial is open to anyone who meets the criteria and is interested in improving their health while studying abroad.
