ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how physical exercise affects patients with chronic diseases like COPD (a lung disease) and diabetes, particularly focusing on those who may be frail or inactive. The goal is to see if regular exercise can help improve their overall health, body composition, and daily functioning. Researchers are looking for 300 participants aged between 60 and 90 years old who have been diagnosed with COPD or diabetes and are part of a program called "Ser más."
If you or someone you know is eligible, participating in this trial could involve engaging in a structured exercise program designed to improve health and well-being. It’s a chance to be part of an important study that aims to enhance how exercise can be used to manage chronic diseases effectively. Participants will receive support and guidance during the trial, contributing to valuable research that may benefit many others in the future.
