ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking to understand how common substance use disorder is among people who engage in "chemsex," which is a term used for sexual activities combined with the use of certain drugs. To gather this information, researchers will ask participants to fill out an online questionnaire about their experiences with chemsex over the past year. The goal is to help improve support and treatment options for individuals affected by this issue.
To be eligible for the study, participants need to be at least 18 years old, able to read and write in French, and must have engaged in chemsex at least once in the last year. If someone hasn’t participated in chemsex recently or is involved in other research studies, they won’t be able to take part. This study is not yet recruiting participants, so there’s no need to worry about signing up just yet. It’s a chance to contribute to important research that could lead to better understanding and help for those dealing with substance use in the context of chemsex.
