ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new way to help adults who have had a stroke improve their balance and reduce their risk of falling. The researchers want to find out if using a special visual feedback balance training system, combined with a type of exercise called repetitive facilitative exercise (RFE), is more effective than standard therapy. Participants will be divided into three groups: one will receive only RFE, another will use the visual feedback training along with RFE, and the last group will get conventional therapy.
To be eligible for this trial, participants should be between 18 and 74 years old and have experienced a stroke more than six months ago. They should also have a moderate to high risk of falling, which will be checked with simple tests. Those who join the study will receive treatment for four weeks and will have tests before and after their treatment to measure progress. This trial is not yet recruiting participants, but it aims to gather important information that could help improve stroke recovery in the future.
