ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how improving digital skills can help older adults communicate better about their health and find social support, ultimately leading to a better quality of life. The researchers have created a special program that focuses on helping older adults learn to use technology in ways that matter to them and their health. This is particularly important since many older adults face challenges in understanding health information and accessing support.
To participate in this trial, you need to be at least 65 years old, speak English well, and be open to improving your digital skills. Unfortunately, if you have severe memory problems or have been hospitalized more than three times in the past year, you won't be eligible. If you join, you can expect to learn valuable skills and receive support right in your own home, making it easier to manage your health and connect with others. This trial is currently recruiting participants, and everyone, regardless of gender, is welcome to apply.
