ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring how eating snacks in the evening and before breakfast affects sleep, heart health, and stress levels in healthy men. The researchers believe that what you eat, especially close to bedtime, can influence how well you sleep and how your body handles stress, which is measured by heart rate variability (the time between heartbeats) and hormone levels like cortisol. They want to find out if these eating habits can improve sleep quality and overall health.
To participate in this study, you need to be a healthy male aged between 18 and 26 years, with no serious health issues like heart or liver disease, and not taking any medications. The trial is currently looking for volunteers, and if you decide to join, you can expect to follow specific eating patterns while researchers monitor your sleep and health markers. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to understanding how diet can impact our well-being!
