This clinical trial, called "Risk Management in Primary Care," is looking at how healthcare teams in primary care manage risks to provide better care for patients. The study will involve reviewing existing research and then holding focus groups where healthcare professionals and patients can share their experiences and ideas. The first part of the study will help define what a professional team in primary care looks like, while the second part will gather insights on how risks are handled within these teams. This research is taking place in the AURA region of France and aims to improve teamwork and patient safety in healthcare settings.

To participate, healthcare professionals must be over 18, registered with their professional association, and work as part of a team that provides care to patients. Patients who are 18 or older and see a healthcare professional from one of the participating teams can also join. Participants can expect to share their thoughts in focus group discussions, helping shape how care is delivered in the future. It’s important to note that certain individuals, like those under legal protection or without social security, cannot take part in this study.

Eligibility criteria

• Inclusion Criteria:
• • Healthcare professional
• • Healthcare professional over 18 years of age, registered with the professional association on which he/she depends and holding an RPPS identification number with care activity as part of a coordinated practice, within a legally formalised care team working on a territorial health project, or care activity within a care team that is not legally formalized but defined as an entity bringing together ≥ 4 different professionals to care for the same patient.

• • Any user of the healthcare system over the age of 18
• • Consulting a healthcare professional from a team included in the research

• Exclusion Criteria:
• • Healthcare professional
• • Primary care healthcare professional with a specific exclusive practice that does not form part of the overall management of a patient (e.g. homeopathy, mesotherapy, acupuncture, etc.) Users
• • Persons deprived of their liberty by a judicial or administrative decision
• • Adults under legal protection (guardianship, curatorship)
• • Persons not affiliated to a social security scheme or beneficiaries of a similar scheme
