ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a technique called Myofascial Reorganization (RMF) to see how it affects running performance and certain physical properties (like flexibility and temperature) in male triathletes. The trial will compare the effects of this technique to a placebo, which is a treatment that does not have any active ingredients. Participants will undergo tests to measure their running ability and other physical characteristics before and after the six-week intervention, which includes sessions twice a week lasting about 30 minutes.
To be eligible for this trial, participants must be healthy male athletes aged 18 to 45 who have at least two years of competitive experience. They should train regularly, at least three times a week, and have no recent injuries or medical conditions that could affect their sports performance. If you join the study, you can expect to participate in a structured program aimed at improving your running and to undergo evaluations to track your progress. This is a great opportunity for athletes looking to enhance their performance while contributing to important research in sports science.
