ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring two different ways to help people who have neck pain related to their work. The study will compare the effectiveness of an Artificial Intelligence (AI) mobile app, which provides personalized guidance for exercises, against a traditional written sheet of exercises that participants can follow on their own. The goal is to see which method helps reduce neck pain more effectively in administrative workers.
To be part of this trial, you need to have had chronic neck pain for more than three months and a pain level of at least 30 on a scale of 0 to 100. Unfortunately, if your neck pain is new, caused by a specific medical condition, or if you’ve had recent treatments like physical therapy, you won’t be able to participate. If you join the study, you will receive instructions on how to use either the app or the written exercises, and you’ll be helping researchers understand how technology can improve pain management in the workplace. The trial is not yet recruiting participants, but it’s an interesting opportunity for those who meet the criteria and are looking for relief from neck pain.
