This clinical trial is studying how often patients with cancer may misuse opioids, which are pain-relieving medications commonly prescribed for cancer-related pain. To be eligible for this study, participants must be at least 18 years old, currently receiving opioids for their cancer pain, and able to communicate in Danish. Those who have severe cognitive difficulties or who choose not to participate will be excluded. Eligibility criteria

• Inclusion Criteria:
• • Outpatients ≥ 18 years,
• • patients who are treated with opioids due to cancer-related pain.
• Exclusion Criteria:
• • Patients who do not master the Danish language in speech and writing,
• • Patients who have severe cognitive dysfunction,
• • Patients who are not treated with opioids,
• • Patients who refused to participate in the study.
