ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is investigating two different methods for performing a test called cerebral angiography, which helps doctors look at the blood vessels in the brain. The study is comparing the transradial approach, where the doctor accesses blood vessels through the wrist, to the transfemoral approach, where access is through the groin. Researchers want to see which method is safer, more effective, and provides a better experience for patients.
To participate in this trial, you need to be an adult aged 18 or older who has been referred for this specific test. You should also have a pulse in your wrist and at least one pulse in your groin. However, pregnant women and individuals with certain health issues will not be eligible. If you join the study, you will undergo one of the two methods of angiography, and your safety and satisfaction will be closely monitored throughout the process. This research aims to help improve the way doctors perform this important test in the future.
