ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a treatment called myofascial release technique to see how it can help women who experience painful menstrual cramps, known as primary dysmenorrhea. The goal is to find out if this gentle hands-on therapy, which focuses on relaxing tight muscles and relieving pain, can improve menstrual symptoms and reduce muscle sensitivity in these women.
To participate in the trial, women aged 18 to 45 who have been diagnosed with primary dysmenorrhea and have regular periods with moderate to severe pain are eligible. However, women who have given birth, have other serious health issues, or are taking certain medications related to menstrual pain may not qualify. If you join the study, you will receive the myofascial release treatment and help researchers understand its effects. This trial is currently recruiting participants, so it’s a good opportunity to explore a potential new way to manage menstrual discomfort.
