ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is investigating how a concept called the "tensegrity principle" can improve massage therapy. Tensegrity refers to the way different parts of the body work together and stay balanced. Researchers want to see if using this principle can make massage therapy more effective for healthy individuals. Participants will be randomly assigned to either receive the massage therapy based on the tensegrity principle or to a control group that does not receive this specific treatment. The study will measure the physical effects of the massage before and after the sessions.
To join the study, participants need to be healthy males aged 18 to 24, with a body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 25. They should not have any medical conditions affecting their muscles or nerves, and they must be physically active. Participants will sign an informed consent form before starting. If you decide to take part, you can expect to receive specialized massage therapy and contribute to important research that could enhance massage practices in the future.
