ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at a program called Work Support (WorkS) that helps people who have recently received a specific type of treatment called allogeneic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) get back to work. The trial aims to see if this program is helpful and acceptable for patients, as well as to explore if it can boost their confidence about returning to work, improve their job status, enhance their quality of life, and lessen financial stress.
To participate, individuals must be between 18 and 75 years old and have had an allogeneic HSCT within the last six months for a blood-related illness. They should also express concerns about going back to work in the near future. Participants in the study will receive support and resources tailored to their employment challenges as they transition back into the workforce. It's important to note that people with serious mental health issues or cognitive challenges will not be eligible for this trial, nor will those unable to consent, minors, pregnant women, or prisoners.
