ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring the effectiveness of two different treatment methods for a condition called adhesive capsulitis, commonly known as frozen shoulder. The trial will compare an exercise program alone with a program that combines exercise and manual therapy, which involves hands-on techniques to help improve shoulder movement. The goal is to see if adding manual therapy makes a significant difference in helping patients regain mobility and reduce pain.
To be eligible for this trial, participants must be men or women aged 40 to 60 years old, regardless of their activity level. Those with previous shoulder problems, children, older adults, or individuals with cognitive impairments that prevent them from completing questionnaires will not be included. Participants will undergo sessions where their shoulder mobility will be measured, and their progress will be carefully tracked while keeping their information private. This trial is not yet recruiting participants, but it aims to provide valuable insights into better treatment options for frozen shoulder.
