ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial, called ARAVS, is studying the characteristics and needs of sexual offenders in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of France. The goal is to better understand their mental health, risk factors, and the treatments they receive. The study will look at both past and current data to create a clear picture of these individuals and how best to support them through personalized care plans developed by a team of professionals.
To participate in this study, individuals must be adults (18 years or older) who are currently receiving treatment for a sexual offense, awaiting sentencing, or under legal obligations related to a sexual offense. However, those who refuse to participate or have serious physical or mental difficulties that prevent them from completing the study questionnaires will not be included. Participants can expect to be part of a thorough assessment and contribute to important research that could help improve future care for individuals in similar situations.
