ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring how two types of exercises—sensory integration and vestibular exercises—can help improve dizziness, reduce the risk of falls, and enhance the quality of life for individuals who have experienced a stroke. The study aims to find out if combining these exercises can make a positive difference for post-stroke patients dealing with balance issues.
To participate in this trial, you need to be between 40 and 65 years old and have been diagnosed with a vestibular disorder, which affects your balance and spatial orientation. You should also be able to stand unaided for at least five minutes. However, if you have certain conditions like unstable balance issues, neurological disorders, or severe visual impairments, you may not be eligible to join. If you do qualify, you can expect to participate in exercises designed to help with your balance and coordination, which could lead to improvements in your daily life.
