ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying two different types of therapy to help improve well-being in individuals who have chronic medical conditions, such as diabetes or cancer. The first type of therapy is called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps people recognize and change negative thoughts and behaviors. The second is called Virtue-Based Intervention (VBI), which focuses on building personal strengths and resources. The trial will compare these two therapies to see how they work and how they can help participants feel better over time. Participants will take part in the study for several months and will be evaluated at different points to track their progress.

To join the study, individuals must be between 18 and 70 years old, able to read and write in Spanish, and have access to a computer and the internet. They should also have a low level of well-being and a diagnosed chronic medical condition. However, those with certain mental disorders or severe complications from their medical condition that need hospital treatment cannot participate. This trial is currently recruiting participants, and it offers a chance to try new therapies that could enhance well-being and improve quality of life.
