ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how a new treatment program focused on the brain can help people with chronic nonspecific neck pain (CNSP). Neck pain is a common issue that can last for a long time, and while there are many treatments available, this study aims to see if therapies that educate patients about pain, along with breathing and relaxation exercises, can improve pain levels, movement, anxiety, and overall quality of life. Participants will also receive traditional physiotherapy as part of their treatment.
To join the study, participants must be between the ages of 18 and 65, have been diagnosed with neck pain for more than three months, and not have had any previous surgeries on their neck or shoulder. They should not have any serious underlying health issues, like tumors or severe neurological problems. Participants can expect to receive a combination of brain-focused therapies and standard physiotherapy to help manage their pain and improve their daily functioning. This trial is currently recruiting, and all genders are welcome to apply.
