ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying the effects of an 8-week exercise program that uses artificial intelligence to help improve posture in healthy adults. The program involves performing structured exercises three times a week, guided by a physiotherapist and supported by a smartphone app called "Musclewiki." Participants will have their posture evaluated through images taken from the front and side, allowing researchers to measure aspects like head and shoulder position as well as the curvature of the spine.
To be eligible for this study, participants should be between the ages of 65 and 91 and must have a smartphone. They should also be willing to take part in the study. However, individuals with certain spinal conditions, recent spine injuries, or issues with vision or hearing that could impact their ability to use the technology will not be included. If you join the study, you can expect to receive personalized exercise guidance and support to help improve your posture.
