ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is looking at how eating PulseOn enriched crackers for breakfast affects blood sugar levels and feelings of hunger over the next four hours. Researchers want to see if these special crackers help people feel fuller and eat less during lunch later that day. The study is open to healthy adults aged 18 and older who do not have certain health issues, such as metabolic diseases or food allergies.

If you join this study, you will be asked to eat the crackers and then report how you feel in terms of hunger and fullness. You’ll also have a lunch where you can eat as much as you want. It’s important to note that certain people, like smokers, pregnant women, and those with specific health conditions, won’t be able to participate. This research aims to understand better how these enriched foods can affect eating behavior and blood sugar levels, which could help in designing healthier food options in the future.
