ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring two different types of exercises to help people with Upper Crossed Syndrome, a condition that often causes neck pain and discomfort. The study will involve 34 participants aged 18 to 35 who experience neck pain, particularly during movement or due to posture. Participants will be divided into two groups: one group will perform Scapular Stabilization Exercises, while the other will use Eccentric Muscle Energy Techniques, both alongside the application of a hot pack for relief.
If you’re eligible and choose to participate, you can expect to be randomly placed in one of the two groups and to complete specific exercises designed to improve your neck health. Throughout the study, researchers will measure changes in your neck pain and ability to perform daily activities using simple scales. This trial is currently recruiting participants, and it’s important to note that individuals with certain medical conditions or recent injuries may not qualify for this study.
