ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how effective two different approaches are for treating Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS), a condition that causes pain and numbness in the wrist and hand. The study will compare the usual rehabilitation methods with a special program called Pain Neuroscience Education, which helps patients understand their pain better. The goal is to find out which method works best for patients experiencing moderate to severe CTS.
To be eligible for this trial, participants need to be women aged 20 to 40 who have been diagnosed with moderate to severe CTS and have had symptoms for at least one month. Participants should be able to visit the hospital and follow instructions given during the study. Those with certain neurological conditions, who are receiving alternative treatments, or who have had previous surgeries on the affected arm will not be able to join. If you qualify and choose to participate, you can expect to receive care and education designed to help improve your condition while contributing to important research in this area.
