ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how an exercise program can help improve reaction time and mouse clicking accuracy in esports athletes. The main idea is that by exercising, participants may experience better thinking skills, improved performance in their games, better sleep, and an overall boost in their quality of life.
To participate, you need to be a member of the University of Miami's esports club team. Unfortunately, if you're not a member or if you have certain medical conditions or injuries that prevent you from doing a full-body exercise program, you won’t be eligible to join. Participants can expect to engage in an exercise routine designed to enhance their gaming skills, and the study will help us understand the positive effects of physical activity on gamers.
