ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial, called "NeuroTrainer Cognitive Training For Academic Focus," is looking at a new training program designed to help students improve their attention and focus. The study will include young people aged 11 to 17 years who have been diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in any of its forms, whether they have trouble paying attention, are overly active, or a mix of both. To be considered for the trial, participants must have a certain level of intelligence and cannot have serious mental health issues like severe depression or psychotic disorders.
While the trial is not yet recruiting participants, those who join can expect to engage in cognitive training activities that may help enhance their ability to concentrate and make decisions. This could lead to better academic performance and daily functioning. The study aims to determine how effective this training is in helping students, both with and without attention problems. If you or someone you know fits the eligibility criteria and is interested in learning more, it may be a good opportunity to consider.
