ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking into what helps or prevents people with certain types of arthritis, like osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, from being active and following recommended physical activity guidelines. Researchers will create a survey to better understand these factors by talking to patients and physical therapists in four European countries: Turkey, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and France. In Switzerland, they will also translate a specific questionnaire to assess personal factors that affect physical activity, ensuring it is suitable for German-speaking patients.
To join the study, participants need to be at least 18 years old and have a diagnosis of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, or axial spondyloarthritis. They should also be able to understand and answer the survey questions. Unfortunately, those with other rheumatological or musculoskeletal diseases or communication issues will not be eligible. This trial is not yet recruiting participants, but it aims to gather important information that could help improve physical activity among those living with arthritis.
