ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying the effectiveness of special diabetic recovery sandals and a structured exercise program supported by artificial intelligence for individuals with diabetic foot ulcers. The trial will involve 66 participants aged between 40 to 65 who have a diagnosed foot wound and are receiving hyperbaric oxygen therapy, a treatment that helps wounds heal faster by using oxygen in a pressurized environment. Participants will be randomly placed into three groups: one group will do exercises supported by artificial intelligence, another will do the exercises and wear the sandals, and the control group will not receive any additional interventions.

To be eligible for this study, participants should be able to walk a short distance with minimal support, have no major foot amputations, and be able to use electronic devices with internet access. Throughout the trial, participants will receive standard wound care, and their balance, performance, wound healing, and muscle strength will be assessed before and after the study. It's important to note that this trial aims not only to improve healing but also to educate participants about their conditions and how to manage them better. By participating, individuals may gain valuable insights into their health and potentially improve their quality of life.
