ClinConnect Summary
This study, titled "Mental Health of the Polycrisis Generation," is looking at how young people in Poland, aged 18 to 29, deal with stress and its impact on their mental health and overall quality of life. Researchers want to understand what factors can help protect young adults from the negative effects of stress, especially in today's challenging world. They will explore how personal characteristics, relationships with family and friends, and ways of thinking can influence how well someone adapts to stress and crises. The study will take place over a year, with participants sharing their experiences and feelings at the start and again in 12 months.
To participate in this study, you need to be between 18 and 29 years old, fluent in Polish, and a Polish national. Unfortunately, if you have an intellectual disability or cannot complete the research questionnaires on your own, you won't be eligible. Participants will be asked to complete some surveys about their stress levels, mental health, and relationships, giving valuable insights into how young adults can better cope with life's pressures. This research aims to help improve mental health support for young people facing today's challenges.
