ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how thermography, a technique that uses heat images, can help in preventing and diagnosing foot problems in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Researchers want to find out what normal heat patterns look like in the feet of people with RA compared to healthy individuals. By understanding these patterns, they hope to identify any changes that could indicate issues early on.
If you are a patient with rheumatoid arthritis who has been living with the condition for more than five years, or if you are a healthy individual aged 40 to 80, you may be eligible to participate in this study. Participants will undergo a thermographic examination of their feet, which is completely safe and involves no risk to your health. It’s important to know that the study is not yet recruiting participants, but it aims to provide valuable insights into how we can better care for those with rheumatoid arthritis.
