ClinConnect Summary
The Bern Rehab Registry study is looking at how a rehabilitation program can help people with long-term health issues like cancer, heart disease, lung disease, or musculoskeletal problems. This program may involve different options, such as staying in a healthcare facility, visiting for appointments, receiving care at home with the help of technology (called telerehabilitation), or a mix of these methods. The goal is to see how these rehabilitation approaches improve patients' physical health, strength, and emotional well-being, as well as their overall quality of life.
To participate in this study, you must be at least 18 years old and have a chronic health condition that requires rehabilitation. You’ll need to give your consent to use your health information for this research. If you join, you can expect to share your experiences and health outcomes, which will help researchers understand how effective these rehabilitation programs are and how new technologies are being used. Your participation could lead to better care for others facing similar health challenges in the future.
