ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new tool called the Emovi 3D Knee Assessment Device, which helps physical therapists better understand and treat knee pain, specifically pain in the front of the knee, often referred to as patellofemoral pain. The trial is currently looking for active duty service members between the ages of 18 and 50 who are stationed at Fort Liberty or Schofield Barracks and have been diagnosed with this type of knee pain.
If you qualify and decide to participate, you will receive treatment based on the information gathered from the Emovi device, which tracks how your knee moves and functions. It's important to know that certain conditions, such as being pregnant, having had recent knee surgery, or having other significant knee injuries, may prevent you from joining the trial. This study aims to improve treatment options for those experiencing knee pain, and your participation could contribute valuable information to help others in the future.
