ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is looking at how mobile health tools can help prevent heart disease in women who have experienced high blood pressure during pregnancy, known as hypertensive disorders of pregnancy (HDP). The researchers want to see if using digital health programs can make a difference for women who gave birth at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and had conditions like pre-eclampsia, eclampsia, or gestational hypertension.

To participate in this study, women must have delivered their baby at Prentice Women's Hospital and had a live birth, but they should not have any serious pre-existing health issues like chronic high blood pressure or diabetes. Participants can expect to engage with mobile health interventions designed to help monitor and improve their heart health after their pregnancy. This trial is currently recruiting women between the ages of 18 and 45 who meet the eligibility criteria, and it aims to provide valuable insights into managing cardiovascular health following hypertensive conditions in pregnancy.
