ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying a new way to diagnose various lung diseases by analyzing the gases we breathe out. Researchers are developing a special computer program, powered by artificial intelligence, that looks at specific markers in exhaled breath to identify conditions like lung cancer, COPD, and asthma. The goal is to see how accurately this method can diagnose these diseases compared to traditional methods.

To participate in the trial, you need to be at least 18 years old and have a confirmed lung disease based on CT imaging. You should also be able to share your CT images with the research team and be willing to sign a consent form. Unfortunately, individuals who are pregnant, have other severe illnesses, or a history of cancers other than lung disease cannot join. If you qualify, you’ll be part of a study that could lead to better diagnosis methods for lung diseases, using a simple breath test instead of more invasive procedures.
