ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at two different tools that can help identify people who are at risk for or already infected with HIV (a virus that affects the immune system) and HCV (a virus that affects the liver). The goal is to see which tool works better in finding individuals who might need testing or treatment for these conditions. The trial is currently recruiting participants, and anyone aged between 14 and 65 years who is in the health area or approached by health staff can join, as long as they agree to participate.
If you decide to take part in this study, you will be helping researchers understand how to better identify people at risk for HIV and HCV. It’s important to know that you cannot participate if you have already been part of this study or if you choose not to sign the consent form. By participating, you may contribute to improving health tools that can help many people in the future.
