ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking into a type of therapy called Process-based Therapy to see how well it can be used in everyday mental health care settings. The goal is to understand if this therapy can help people who are dealing with depression or anxiety. The trial is currently recruiting participants aged 18 to 65 who can speak German and have a diagnosis of a depressive or anxiety disorder. Importantly, patients do not need to stop their current medications, but they should keep their medication the same throughout the study.
If you or someone you know is interested in participating, it's good to know that not everyone will qualify. Those with severe issues like increased risk of suicide, substance abuse, certain personality disorders, or other serious mental health conditions may not be eligible. Participants in the trial can expect to receive therapy from trained practitioners in a supportive environment. This study is important because it could help improve treatment options for those struggling with mental health challenges in a real-world setting.
