ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how a drug called flumazenil can influence the effects of another drug, remimazolam, in patients who are having kidney transplant surgery. The goal is to see how different doses of flumazenil affect the levels of remimazolam in the bloodstream during surgery, which is performed under general anesthesia. This research aims to improve anesthesia management for kidney transplant patients.
To participate in this trial, you need to be an adult between 18 and 65 years old and scheduled for an elective kidney transplant. You must also be able to give your consent to join the study. However, if you have certain health issues, like liver problems or a history of serious allergic reactions to narcotics, you won't be eligible. If you decide to join, you can expect to receive the study drugs during your surgery and be monitored closely by the medical team. It’s important to know that this trial is not yet recruiting participants, so it may take some time before it starts.
