ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how Danish cancer nurses feel about discussing sexual health with their patients. Many cancer patients experience changes in their sexual health, but it's not clear how comfortable nurses are in addressing these issues. The goal of the study is to understand nurses' attitudes and to see if there are differences in how knowledgeable they feel about this important topic.
To participate, nurses must work in oncology (cancer care) or hematology (blood-related conditions) in a Danish hospital or primary care setting and have regular contact with cancer patients. Those who don’t work directly with patients or are in different areas of nursing won’t be eligible. Nurses who join the study will complete a questionnaire that asks about their feelings and experiences related to sexual health discussions with patients. This research will help improve communication and support for cancer patients regarding their sexual health needs.
