ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how two different training programs—hang clean and half squat—affect the jumping ability and strength of male basketball players aged 18 to 35. The researchers want to find out if one training method is better than the other for improving vertical jump performance, which is important for basketball players. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two training groups, and they will undergo tests before and after the training to measure their progress.
To be eligible for this study, participants must be male basketball players with at least three years of professional experience and prior knowledge of weightlifting techniques like squats and deadlifts. They should not have any history of knee injuries or current health issues. Those who join can expect to participate in specific training sessions and assessments to track their improvement in strength and jumping ability. This trial is currently recruiting participants and aims to provide valuable insights into the best training methods for enhancing performance in basketball.
