This clinical trial is studying how different ways of focusing our attention during strength training can affect the strength of the calf muscles and improve walking in older adults. Researchers want to find out if directing attention outward—like thinking about how to move or what to achieve—works better than focusing inward—like thinking about your own body movements. They believe that using an external focus might help older adults become stronger and walk better.

To participate in this trial, you need to be between 65 and 74 years old and able to walk for at least 12 minutes without assistance. You'll undergo strength training for your calf muscles and walk on a treadmill while the researchers assess your progress. However, if you have serious health issues like heart or lung disease, certain neurological disorders, or have had falls in the past year, you may not be eligible to join. This study is currently looking for participants, and your involvement could help improve understanding of how to keep older adults healthy and active.

• Inclusion Criteria:
• • - Signed informed consent
• Exclusion Criteria:
• • Severe cardiovascular or pulmonary disease
• • Oncological disease
• • Lower limb disabilities
• • Neurological disorders
• • Inability to walk unassisted for 12 continuous minutes
• • Cognitive impairment
• • Falls in the prior 12 months
• • Orthopedic concerns, which might limit force production
• • Metal implants
• • Medicine that can trigger side effects with TMS
