ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is investigating a new treatment for people suffering from dry eye syndrome. Specifically, the study is looking at a type of eye drop made from stem cells that could help reduce symptoms like burning, itching, or the feeling of something stuck in the eye. The main goal is to see if these eye drops are safe and effective for individuals with moderate to severe dry eye.
To participate, you need to be between the ages of 18 and 70 and have experienced bothersome dry eye symptoms. However, there are some factors that might prevent you from joining, such as having had eye surgery in the past or certain health conditions that affect your immune system. If you decide to take part in the trial, you can expect regular check-ins and assessments to monitor your symptoms and how you respond to the treatment. This trial is currently recruiting participants, so it's a good time to learn more if you're interested in finding relief from dry eye symptoms.
