ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how a chatbot can help caregivers manage stress while taking care of loved ones who have had a stroke. Caregivers often feel overwhelmed and may not have effective ways to cope with the challenges they face. In this study, caregivers will use a chatbot designed to provide support and education on stress management, based on a special model that encourages positive behavior changes. The goal is to see if this chatbot can help caregivers feel less stressed and more equipped to handle their caregiving duties.
To participate in this trial, caregivers need to meet a few criteria: they should have at least a primary school education, be comfortable using a smartphone with an Android operating system, and be willing to communicate and cooperate throughout the study. Participants should not have any psychiatric diagnoses or be taking certain medications. Those who join the study will be assigned to either the group using the chatbot or a control group that receives regular support. This unique approach aims to provide caregivers with useful tools to better manage their stress and improve their overall well-being.
