ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new digital program called NEAT-O, which is designed to help people struggling with opioid use disorder (OUD) who also have anxiety or depression. The goal of the study is to see how easy and acceptable this program is for users. The researchers will work with 15 adults aged 18 to 65 who have been diagnosed with OUD and also have a diagnosis of panic disorder, anxiety, or major depression. Participants will need to be currently receiving treatment for OUD and have access to a smartphone that can connect to the internet.
If you or someone you know is interested in participating, you should know that participants will use the NEAT-O program and provide feedback on their experience. This feedback will help improve the program before it is tested on a larger group in the next phase of the study. However, individuals with certain conditions, like psychosis or those currently in a hospital or jail, will not be eligible to participate. It’s important to note that this study is not yet recruiting participants, but it could be an opportunity for those looking for help with these specific challenges.
