This clinical trial is looking to understand more about heart and blood vessel diseases, specifically focusing on serious health issues like heart attacks, strokes, and cardiovascular deaths among staff at Taizhou People's Hospital. The study will enroll hospital employees and retirees who are at least 45 years old and willing to participate. Participants will undergo several health checks, including questionnaires about their lifestyle, and will have tests done to measure important health markers over a period of 10 years.
If someone joins the study, they can expect to regularly provide updates on their health and lifestyle, as well as undergo repeated medical assessments. It’s important to note that individuals with a history of heart attacks or strokes, or those with certain serious mental health issues, won't be eligible to participate. This research aims to gather valuable information that could help improve understanding and prevention of cardiovascular diseases.

Eligibility criteria
- Inclusion Criteria:
- • 1. Employed or retired individuals aged 45 years or older;
- • 2. Willing to sign an informed consent form and voluntarily participate in health examinations and related data collection.
- Exclusion Criteria:
- • 1. History of myocardial infarction, ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke, or revascularization of coronary, carotid, or peripheral arteries;
- • 2. Employees with severe psychological disorders who are unable to cooperate with the study;
- • 3. Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
