ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at a new device called the Gigstride, which is designed to help people who have difficulty walking due to problems with their legs or feet. The researchers want to see how satisfied patients are with using this device and how it affects their ability to walk, climb stairs, and maintain stability. They will also measure how it impacts the way patients move and their speed while walking.
To participate in this study, you need to be at least 18 years old and have previously received treatment for a condition that makes walking difficult, such as arthritis or balance issues. You should also be able to wear shoes with laces and have been recommended a walking aid like a cane, brace, or walker. If you join the trial, you can expect to use the Gigstride device and share your experiences, which will help researchers understand its benefits better. This study is currently recruiting participants of all genders aged 65 and older.
