ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring how to better train doctors to recognize certain types of growths in the colon, known as polyps, which can sometimes lead to cancer. Traditionally, doctors have learned by looking at images of these growths and practicing on patients. In this study, researchers want to see if using images created by artificial intelligence (AI) can improve this training. These AI-generated images can be designed to show different stages of precancerous polyps while still respecting patient privacy.
Doctors who are interested in this trial can participate whether they are experienced in performing colonoscopies or are new to the procedure. The study will compare how well physicians can identify polyps using both real images and AI-generated images. Participants can expect to help advance the training methods for doctors, which may lead to earlier detection of colon cancer in the future. The trial is not yet recruiting participants, but it aims to include a wide range of physicians in its research.
