ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how personalized nutritional support, combined with health monitoring, can help female weightlifters who are trying to lose weight before competitions. The goal is to see if this tailored nutrition can reduce feelings of fatigue and improve sleep quality, as well as how it affects their overall health and performance. The study will compare two groups: one group will receive the special nutrition plan, while the other will continue with their regular eating habits.
To participate, women aged 18 to 30 who have at least five years of weightlifting experience and are in good health can apply. Participants will need to follow their assigned diet for a month, attend health check-ups every two weeks, and keep a diary of their daily experiences, including how they're feeling and how well they're sleeping. This research will help us understand the benefits of personalized nutrition for athletes, especially during the challenging weight loss phase before competitions.
