ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how taking Nutrarex Probiotic Capsules, which contain beneficial bacteria, can help improve gut health and lower blood lipid levels (fats in the blood) in adults who are overweight. The trial is open to both men and women aged 20 to 65 years who have a body mass index (BMI) between 25 and 27, indicating they are overweight. If you have a BMI over 25% body fat for men or 30% for women, you might also qualify to participate.
If you join the study, you'll be asked to take one probiotic capsule daily for a certain period. The researchers want to see if this can help with your gut health and overall body fat levels. It's important to note that people with certain health issues, like cancer or serious heart disease, or those who are currently using other probiotics, cannot participate in this trial. The study is currently looking for participants, so if you're interested and meet the criteria, this could be a chance to contribute to important research on gut health and weight management!
