ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at the use of a meditation app to help professionals who work with young people in the legal system. The goal is to see if a month-long meditation program can help reduce feelings of anxiety, depression, and burnout among these professionals. Participants will be officers and other workers who directly interact with youth involved in legal matters, and the trial is currently recruiting individuals aged 18 and older who can speak English and have a smartphone.
If you join the study, you will use the meditation app for a month and provide feedback on how it works for you. This trial is important because it aims to find out if using such an app can be a helpful tool for those who support young people in challenging situations. Your participation could contribute to improving mental health and emotional well-being for professionals in this important field.
